Here is a little prayer spell that I wrote and often use for healing. You can light a candles or pray, then repeat this about 2-3x. You can put yourelf or your loved ones name where the brackets are. Visualize seeing yourself or loved one happy and healthy when you do this...
"Closed eyes. Deep breath. Breathe out. Focus. Feel the energy. You are powerful and life is gentle. Gently, gently let your mind go where it wants to. Energy flows and surrounds. [you are] protected. [you are] loved. [you are] safe. [you are] protected from harm. [you are] loved deeply. [you are] safe here. Free of worry; free of hurt; free and vibrant. "
