ZOOM VIDEO CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
- This is a zoom video confidentiality agreement between Master Psychic Rachel and the participant (s) of the online zoom meetings. Each participant whether individual or in a group must agree to the following clauses to attend online sessions on zoom. You are responsible for compliance will all recording laws.
- In a zoom meeting session, only the host Master Psychic Rachel can record the sessions for future use and it will remain confidential between both parties. Any other participant of the zoom sessions are not authorized to record any sessions let it be an Audio or a Video without written consent taken from the host. You are bound to take written consent from the host Master Psychic Rachel and/or update her prior to the zoom session if you plan to record audio or video of the session. Likewise, I will ask for permission from the participants involved in the session before recording any meeting. If anyone found violating any of the terms and conditions stated then you will be held accountable for any legal consequences and shall be treated likewise.
- All zoom meetings are confidential and information shared between sessions either personal or professional shall not be shared elsewhere. Whether you are taking an individual session or a group session you agree to keep the confidentiality of the sessions regardless of the nature of the meeting. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce any sessions without rights of publicity or other proprietary rights without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner Master Psychic Rachel of such proprietary rights.
- No refunds will be entertained on any current, past, or future readings once you sign up for a zoom session. This applies to both individual and group sessions. You, hereby, withdraw all rights to claim any refunds for any past, current, or future readings.
- This Agreement embodies the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties respecting the subject matter of this Agreement. And hereby accept all the terms stated above.
