Hello my angels!
I'm writing to let you know about some important updates to how I do business that will allow me to serve you more efficiently and provide you with better service. Business has been great, and these changes are essential if I'm going to continue providing personal service to every client.
Here are the changes:
First, I will no longer accept appointments from clients who cancel frequently. I must do something to address clients who book appointments and then miss their scheduled time. I understand that things come up sometimes that force you to cancel. If you are going to miss your appointment, please cancel or reschedule through the confirmation email you receive after you set up the appointment. Clients who regularly miss appointments will no longer be able to schedule time with me and can only see me on a space-available basis. I must enforce this new policy because it's not fair to clients who are turned down and then a slot goes unused.
Second, I will be invoicing clients when an appointment is made. In most cases, you will notice an invoice for your reading soon after you make your appointment. This is so there are fewer delays when you come in for your reading and we can get right down to business. If you have a coupon, please provide the promo code when you book the appointment by leaving a note. I will then discount you accordingly. Remember, VIP clients get an automatic $5 off. If necessary, you can still pay for the reading at the time of your appointment, but the more time it takes for us to handle the payment, the less free time I can give you for your reading – and you know I like to spend as much time with you as possible. You can make your payment through the website and use promo codes too. For telephone readings, it's vital that you pay for your reading in advance as I do not accept payments over the phone. If you receive an invoice from me and you already paid, just please disregard the invoice.
Third, I need to make a fresh start on emails. Between New Year's Day and Valentine's Day, I've been really busy. I've gotten thousands of emails, and I've answered many of them. But I have hundreds of emails that I don't have time to answer. I'll be deleting all old emails so I can make a fresh start. I've never done this in my life, but I'm overwhelmed with messages. Please resend your email if it's still important to you – or text me. If you've booked a text reading, you have my number and you can always nudge me by text if you don't hear from me. You can also friend me on Facebook and text me through Messenger if you have not gotten a response to your email. It's not that these emails are unimportant to me, it's just that I want to start fresh. I hope you understand why this is necessary.
And fourth, on 02/27/17 I will be shaving about an hour off my daily schedule. Business has picked up to such a level that I must make sure I don't burn myself out. (You really don’t want to work with a burnt out psychic!) I will have slightly shorter hours during the week to allow me to get better rest so that I can give better readings. My hours on weekdays are now from around 1 PM to 6:00 PM EST and 9 PM to around 10:45 PM EST. On the weekends, I'll still have extended hours. I hope you understand the reasons behind these updates. I want to provide the best readings possible, and there has been an overwhelming demand for my services recently.
